In 1978 Lisetta e Paolo Niccolai founded CIS Srl in Follonica - Tuscany.

Since then CIS has been a specialised distributor in Tuscany bringing new products and services in a very competitive market.

Leader in the market for disposables, chemicals, table top and equipment bringing innovative solutions to the market.

Stefano Niccolai developed his skills growing with the business starting managing the warehouse and then the purchasing office and sales and then the whole business as Managing Director.

In 2015 Stefano and his family decided to move to Sydney, home town of his wife Suzannah bringing with him knowledge and passion.

In 2019 Niccolai Pty Ltd born to bring in the Australian and New Zealand hospitality market new products, very professional, very high standard quality.

Bespoke products to increase customer image are some of the products imported.
